️Meet Sandy

Almost 20 years ago, Sandy Innocent started with a personal goal: to sculpt her physique. That goal became a calling.

What began as a journey into competitive bodybuilding evolved into something bigger—a business, a brand, and a lifestyle built on one message:
fitness should fit your real life. Through iFitLifestyle, Sandy blends kettlebells, calisthenics, Mace training, and mental wellness to remind us that movement isn’t just something you schedule—it’s something you live.

“Looking good is just a bonus. The real power is in what your body—and your mind—can do.”

Her Philosophy: Fitness as a Lifestyle

Sandy’s not just a coach. She’s a wellness innovator—and her work invites everyone, especially Black women and underserved communities, to see fitness as a form of joy, discipline, and personal expression.

“Wellness should flow like water—present in your every day, not just at the gym.”

From journaling to mindful movement, Sandy’s approach is as much about mental clarity as it is about strength.
