All event details provided, including title, description, dates, times, location, ticket links, and images, must be accurate and up to date.
Submitted events should be led by, co-led by, or meaningfully connected to Black creators, entrepreneurs, organizations, businesses, or culturally rooted communities across Canada. Select diaspora events (including relevant events in the US, UK, Africa, and beyond) may also be considered.
Black Canadian Creators reserves the right to review, edit, decline, or remove any event submission at our discretion to maintain relevance, quality, and alignment with our community values.
Submission does not guarantee publication. We may edit event descriptions for clarity, formatting, grammar, SEO, and consistency across the platform.
Events that include harmful, misleading, discriminatory, illegal, explicit, or spam-related content will not be accepted.
You grant Black Canadian Creators permission to publish, promote, and share your submitted event details across our website, newsletter, podcast, and social media platforms for promotional purposes.
If your event details change after submission, you are responsible for notifying us so updates can be made where possible.
Black Canadian Creators is not responsible for ticket sales, refunds, event cancellations, scheduling conflicts, or attendee disputes related to submitted events.
