Sherley Joseph
Founder, Podcast Consultant and Community Builder
Sherley is a bilingual podcast development consultant, content and social media strategist, and community builder based in Toronto. She is the founder of Black Canadian Creators (via The Chonilla Network), platforms dedicated to amplifying underrepresented voices—particularly within the Black community—in new media, storytelling, and digital entrepreneurship. With a background in radio broadcasting and years of experience in podcast production and social media management, Sherley helps creators and brands grow with strategy, creativity, and authentic community engagement. She’s also a proud mom of three and a passionate advocate for equity in media and tech. Recently nominated
