Plates of Joy is a community event providing free, fresh, chef-prepared meals to families across the GTA and Durham Region during the holiday season. The meals are available for dine-in or takeout, with vegetarian options included. The event features:

• Over 500 hot meals served
• Giveaways
• Kids’ activities
• Live entertainment
• Community vibes

• Saturday, December 20, 2025 — Holiday West (North York)
• Sunday, December 21, 2025 — Holiday East (Ajax)

Registration opens in December.
