About the program

Find Your Joy: Restore, Replenish, Revive & Rebuild Through Resilience is a free, 4-week restorative wellness series created to support survivors of gender-based violence, with a special focus on Black and racialized communities. Through a blend of trauma-informed, culturally grounded, and evidence-informed practices, participants are guided toward greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a renewed sense of joy and safety in community.

Across four themed sessions, the program weaves together gentle movement, mindfulness, storytelling, expressive arts, and community sharing to help participants reconnect with themselves, nurture their nervous systems, and build sustainable resilience. Registration is free, with donations supporting the Resilient Woman Program to keep programming accessible to those who need it most.
