About the Event

Clark Spoken Word Jam is an in-person poetry and spoken word evening celebrating storytelling, creative expression, and live performance.

Hosted at the Clark Centre for the Arts, the night opens with readings by established spoken word artists before welcoming additional storytellers to the stage. The event creates space for both featured voices and community participation in an intimate, creative setting.

Featured performances by:

• Kwanza Msingwana — percussionist, poet, and storyteller
• Vicky di Donato — writer of performative nonfiction, experimental prose, and collaborative poetry
