The Black Block Party (BBP) is back for its 4th annual celebration of Black joy, music, art, and culture in the heart of Vancouver!

Happening outside the Vancouver Art Gallery from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, this full-day event brings together the community for a vibrant and powerful experience of connection, culture, and creativity.

Organized by the Black Block Association, a hub for Black community-building on the West Coast, this year’s theme is “LIMITLESS.”

Expect:

• Live music & performances by local Black artists
• Art installations, vendors, and creative showcases
• Community vibes, cultural celebration, and dancing in the streets
• A free, open-to-everyone celebration for all ages

This is more than a block party—it’s a movement.
